Jack Thrun is a product designer from the University of Cincinnati’s Industrial Design Class of 2019. Born and raised in northwest New Jersey, Jack dreamed of one day playing in the NHL. Around sophomore year of high school, he set his eyes on a more attainable goal: study industrial design at DAAP. The son of an illustrator and a pediatrician, Jack saw industrial design as the perfect blend between art, engineering, and science.
His interest in product design lies within consumer electronics and healthcare with co-op experience at Farm Design, Catalyst, Garmin and Samsung. Jack currently works for Garmin in Kansas City.
